The Nephrology Department II is the construction unit of the Key Laboratory of Nephropathy of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the key specialty of the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The department has 50 beds and an annual outpatient volume of approximately 60000 people. 1.Traditional Chinese medicine enema

It is one of the commonly used traditional Chinese medicine suitable techniques for chronic renal failure. The traditional Chinese medicine enema decoction used in the department is the modified formula of Er Huang Tang by Professor Ye Chuanhui, the founder of the Nephrology Department of our hospital and a renowned traditional Chinese medicine practitioner. The main medicine in the formula, rhubarb, has the effects of clearing heat and detoxifying, clearing the internal organs and lowering turbidity, and cooling blood and resolving blood stasis; The main medicine in the formula is astragalus membranaceus, which has the effects of tonifying qi, nourishing yin, and nourishing the liver and kidney. Indications: Chronic renal insufficiency.

2. Acupoint Application

In response to the common syndrome types of chronic kidney disease such as kidney yang deficiency, yin yang deficiency, and qi yin deficiency, the "dialectical application" plays a role in regulating the organs, tonifying kidney qi, and strengthening tendons and bones. Indications: Chronic renal insufficiency, low immunity, fear of cold limbs, etc.

3. Du Moxibustion

With rhodiola rosea and cooked rhubarb as the main drugs, the Du moxibustion powder has the effects of strengthening the kidney and activating the Du, inducing fire and restoring the vitality, detoxifying and discharging turbidity. Indications: Various diseases such as spleen and kidney yang deficiency, palace cold, low immunity, waist and knee soreness, insomnia, etc.
